1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wrecktawhi website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Wrecktawhi provides cooking courses and culinary education services. Our services include:

  • In-person cooking classes
  • Culinary instruction and training
  • Recipe and technique education
  • Food safety training

3. Course Registration and Payment

Course registration requires full payment in advance. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted include credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before course start: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Cancellations made 2-6 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants
  • Arrive on time and prepared for classes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Report any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance

5. Health and Safety

Participants acknowledge that cooking involves certain risks including but not limited to cuts, burns, and allergic reactions. Wrecktawhi maintains comprehensive safety protocols, but participants assume responsibility for following instructions and reporting any health conditions that may affect their participation.

6. Liability Limitation

Wrecktawhi's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recipes, and teaching methods are the intellectual property of Wrecktawhi. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any materials without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adult supervision is required for participants under 18.

10. Course Modifications

Wrecktawhi reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as needed. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service to any participant who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately during courses.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
